As they continue to age, their testosterone levels continue to drop and unless they do something to overcome the difficulty, they will eventually reach levels of testosterone which may begin to eat away at the muscles of the body, along with causing sterility. One of the best things that you can do in order to increase the amount of testosterone that you have in your body is to exercise regularly. The most effective way to exercise is by strength training, and the more muscle you add to your body, the more testosterone you're going to be adding to your body as a result. Make sure that you hit the gym regularly, perhaps even two or three times a week in order to lift weights. You will notice a difference in your testosterone levels if you're persistent with your efforts.

Another thing that may help to boost the testosterone is to eat a healthy diet. Many of us not only reduce our testosterone through eating preservatives and other dangerous chemicals, we also add other hormones into the body, such as estrogen. This really helps to create an imbalance in the body which can reduce your sperm count considerably. By raising the amount of testosterone that you have in your body through exercise and diet and reducing the amount of estrogen that you have in your body through the same means, you will be giving yourself the best opportunity to conceive a child naturally. It does take some effort, but the effort is well worth it.
