There is a bit of a problem that you're going to run into whenever you're dealing with asthma. As it is a medical condition, many of us have visited doctors in order to overcome the problem if at all possible. The unfortunate part about this is that there is not a cure as far as medical science is concerned. Yes, they will write you out a prescription for dangerous chemicals that you can breathe directly into your lungs but the unfortunate part about that is, it merely treats some of the symptoms you are experiencing, not the actual disease of asthma.
If you look at asthma from a natural standpoint, however, it is merely a problem that we are experiencing because our body is out of balance. This imbalance can show up in a number of different ways but one of the most common is as a result of dehydration. I'm not talking about lacking a little bit of water but I am talking about a chronic issue that we may have been dealing with for the majority of our lives. Very few of us drink enough water in order to stay hydrated and this can cause so many different problems, one of the most common being asthma.
If you would like to breathe a little bit better, one of the things that you can do is to hydrate your body and to allow it to heal itself to a certain extent. The way that this is done is fairly easy to understand. You need to drink half of your body weight every day in ounces of water and you need to do so consistently. Drink the water throughout the day, don't drink it all at one time. Make sure that you take sea salt in order to allow the water to stay in your body long enough to have a hydrating effect.
If you do this consistently, you are going to recognize some large differences in the way that you feel and potentially, even the way that you look. For most of us who have a serious problem with asthma, we will start to breathe easier within just a day or two of beginning the exercise. If we should happen to have a problem with our breathing again, a simple dash of sea salt under the tongue and a large glass of water may help us to breathe easier again. It really may be just as simple as that.
